Cut resistant gloves EN 388
Category: Heat-resistant glovesWhizard SteelCare - a convicing glove!
By the use of high-strength yarns from SPECTRA® Gauge 10 (twine thickness 2,59 mm) the SteelCare combines excellent cut resistance and protection against severe cut injuries with an outstanding design, providing outstanding softness and high wearing comfort.
The SteelCare offers the highest amount of cut-, wear- and abrasion-resistance and is therefore very suitable for working with sharp materials and tools. For excellent grip the SteelCare is also available with PVC knobs in the palm, for example when handling wet or oily steel plates, tools or glass.
The SteelCare gloves are wearable on both sides (only the modell without the PVC knobs) and therefore storage is very easy.
There are 6 sizes available, which are indicated by different colours on the hem of the cuff. At delivery they are prewashed and preshrunk.
A risk assessment of the working place should be done beforehand to find out if the SteelCare offers the appropriate hand protection.
The gloves presented below are tested and certified according to EN 388. The performance rates or levels are stated in the description.
