Chemical protection hood
Mod.-Nr: 13-2201 Category: Protective clothingOur chemical protection clothing corresponds to the directives for the examination of chemical protection suits for fire bigades and was tested and certified by the Society for Radiation Research (GSF). It has been manufactured in accordance with PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 in combination with EN ISO 13688:2013 (Protective Clothing General Requirements).
In combination with adequate clothing, boots, gloves and self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus (SCBA) ensures our hood sufficient protection against greasy and liquid radioactive substances (but not against fine dust and gases).

elastical sealing frame around the breathing mask The hood should be worn above the breathing masks and under the helmet. For a better sealing the hood should be fixed under the shoulder straps of the SCBA. |
